Teacher should be a leader

First class was taken by Maya Mam.She taught us about qualities required for a Teacher.She taught us about Paradigm shift which means change from one way of thinking to another.Actually it is a sort of metamorphosis.She also taught us about difference between administrator or manager and a leader.Through that I understood that of course a leader can influence others and therefore teacher should be a leader.
Benedict Sir introduced four students of second year M ed from Department of Education.They introduced themselves to us.We welcome them with lot of happiness
Gibi Mam taught us about Learning Material.She explains about maxims of teaching.
Last hour was taken by Ancy Mam.She taught us about various stages of development
The day ended with a group selfie

Demonstration is an important part of our curriculum.It has to be handled by our dear seniors.Along with Students of St John's school we attended the demonstration classes.First Parvathy chechi took a demo on Concept attainment model which was really awesome.Ancy chechi took role play method which seems to be very effective for the students.Then Sreebhadra chechi also conducted the demo classes very well.We got a lot of information from the demo classes.

SECOND PHASE INTERNSHIP ENDS

After the continuous training of one and half months the journey had finally came to an.For me who always wanted to be a teacher it was really a great experience.There were a lot of unforgettable memories, events, happiness and so many other things.All the days were really special for me.It is the second time I went to St Gorettis.Last time when I left the school I never thought I could go there again. I am so happy that I could able to complete my portions within correct time period.Also I can complete my achievement test and diagnostic test within proper time period.It was really a happy period and the journey was really special.

NINTH DAY (16/01/2023)

Today I reached school as usual at 8.45 AM.I have morning discipline duty today and I have to manage a small issue at the school.However I could able to solve it.Then I have class at 9 D which is my favourite class because it is very easy to teach them.I could able to complete two portions Typical joint and types of joiint with their cooperation.But i couldn't able to give them activities which i postponed to the next class.I also have a substitution class at 7 D which was easy today to manage.I got enough time to rest today.
